Charnay Parks is the Human Resource (HR) Director, bringing over 12 years of HR experience, creating cultures of collaboration and implementing change to achieve workforce excellence to Your Wellness Sources.  Responsible for managing all HR services and provides strategic business partnering to YWS Senior Leadership Team and employees.  Charnay has proven success in several aspects of human resources, including workforce planning, strategic recruitment and onboarding, employee engagement, retention, training and development, benefits, and payroll. She has a track record of coaching in transformational leadership, intercultural communication, and team building, with proven success in change management. She holds a master's degree in human resources and advanced SHRM People Management and Diversity and Inclusion certifications.  Prior to joining YWS, Charnay has held several human resources positions, including Human Resources Generalist and Business Partner for a behavioral rehabilitation clinic, a nonprofit, and, subsequently, Talent Business Partner in the commercial real estate and IT industry - responsible for providing human resources and recruiting services to over 80,000 employees globally.
