Dr. Marshalee George


Our Medical Director

“Dr. Marshalee George has over 22 years of extensive combined clinical experience managing patient’s health screenings, chronic diseases (diabetes, High blood pressure, high cholesterol, Hyperlipidemia, HIV, low testosterone, etc.,), military examinations, psychiatry, addiction, and health disparities research. Dr. George is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner in primary care, oncology, and Psychiatry. Dr. George has extensive experience in cancer screening, breast cancer treatment, breast cancer survivorship and understanding population determinants to health.

Dr. George has served as a clinical and faculty member at Johns Hopkins University SOM Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center, Breast Program for the past 14 years and currently serves as Assistant Professor in Women Malignancies since 9/2020, to the Johns Hopkins University SOM, Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center, Department of Oncology. She serves as an Adjunct Clinical Nursing Faculty for DNP at Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing. She has served as Clinical Director at Baltimore Medical Surgical Associates for 9 years where she provided clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team.

Dr. George has a passion for community and academic medicine, delivering medical care to the US Armed Forces, research, public speaking and engaging at-risk populations in healthy behaviors to reduce health disparities. She excels in patient care specifically focusing on educating patients on health promotion, chronic disease management, cancer treatment and survivorship care. She has presented nationally at community meetings, national medical conferences and internationally in the UK and Caribbean for Ministries of Health and their medical community. She is well-known as a community-minded Practitioner.

Dr. George is a trailblazer in her field when it comes to integrated wellness care and clinically managing patients through a multidisciplinary team approach. She believes that the mental health of an individual is one of the major determinants in the individual’s health status and can predicts their engagement in health promotion and health maintenance behaviors. The other determinant is medical provider’s delivery of patient centered care, that is non-judgmental and non-bias and inclusive of all individuals. Dr. George passion is serving others and helping individuals to live full healthy lives.

Certified Nurse Midwife & Nurse Practitioner

Ms. Meli has over 10 years’ experience in nursing, working in various healthcare settings that include geriatrics, medical surgical, midwifery and primary care. Ms. Meli obtained her Master of Science Degree in Nursing and is a graduate of Frontier School of Midwifery & Family Nursing and Post-Masters at Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis, Family Nurse Practitioner Program. She is a certified Midwife and Family Nurse Practitioner. Her area of focus is well-women health and managing chronic diseases including diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and mental health. Her goal is to provide individualized and holistic care to each of her patients and to promote spiritual, mental, and physical health.

Akos Antwi

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Ms. Antwi has over 7 years’ experience in nursing that include medical surgical, correctional and psychiatric/mental health nursing. Her psychiatric experience includes providing services in psychiatric emergency rooms, inpatient populations and with incarcerated individuals. This work has helped her to develop her perspective on the challenges individual face, and how she can best engage patients/ clients in wellness care. Ms. Antwi attended the University of Rhode Island where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and later attended Walden University for her Master of Science in Nursing and certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Her goal is to encourage each patient to take care of their mental health by discussing it in a way that eliminates the stigma attached to seeking help. Her mission is to provide quality care in a collaborative, supportive, and judgment-free environment.

Patrick Nganga

Nurse Practitioner

Mr. Nganga has over 18 years’ experience in the health field. He has experience working in medical surgical settings, as a hospitalist in Internal Medicine for 13 years and recently as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. He obtained his master’s in nursing, Acute Care Nurse Practitioner at University of Maryland and Post-Masters as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Maryville University. His focus is assisting patients or clients to have optimal physical and mental well-being.

Holly Randle

Nurse Psychotherapist

Ms. Holly Randle have over 15 years’ in nursing that include expertise in Nurse Management/Leadership, Health Education and Psychiatric Nursing. Her skills and expertise are exuberated through her exceptional ability to provide therapeutic patient-centered care, advocacy, motivation and mental wellness to patients / clients. Ms. Randle received her Master of Science and Bachelor of Nursing at Mississippi University for Women, Columbus, Mississippi. She is currently enrolled in a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program at University of Tennessee.

Ekere Olojola

Dietician, Nutritionist

Ms. Olojola is a registered dietician with over 9 years’ experience in child and adult nutrition. Ms. Olojola expertise is in nutrition counseling that is focused on a customized approach to many chronic diseases (high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes etc.) but also include addressing diseases that affect functioning such as celiac disease, allergies, gastrointestinal issues, and weight loss management/maintenance. Ms. Olojola obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Virginia and a Master of Science degree in Nutritional Sciences from Howard University, District of Columbia. She is trained to provide scientific based nutrition expertise related food, nutrition and wellness.

Nichelle Moses

MS Human Resource Consultant

Nichelle Moses is the Human Resources (HR) Director, bringing over 36 years of HR experience to Your Wellness Sources. Responsible for managing all HR services and provides strategic business partnering to YWS Senior Leadership Team and employees. Prior to joining YWS, served as a Human Resources (HR) Director employed with various Federal agencies with a vast in-depth knowledge of the many facets of Human Resources. Ms. Moses was employed with Department of Defense recruiting candidates for highly sensitive positions ensuring our nation’s security. She also worked for the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), National Institutes of Health (NIH), Dept. of Homeland Security (DHS) & Veteran’s Administration (VA). Ms. Moses has been acknowledged and given numerous accolades for her loyalty and dedication (FDA Commissioner’s Award, DHS Secretary Award, & DoD Outstanding Achievement Award). She has studied Business Management/HR programs receiving numerous HR certifications. Areas of expertise: Recruitment, Employee Labor Relations, Policy Development, Compensation, Position Management, Benefits, Performance Management, Recognition, and more. Nichelle has traveled internationally and has made Maryland her home.

Ms. Debbie Wilson

MS Business Manager

Ms. Wilson has over thirty (30) years of accounting and budgeting experience with large and small projects (over 1000 vendors), while maintaining financial compliance with commercial and government funders. Her business management experience includes banking at Riggs Bank now PNC, accounting at Clark Construction managing subcontractor accounts, general accounting and budgeting at Lockheed Martin for government contracting, and experience in health care facilities billing and management. She was trained in Business management and economics from Brigham Young University Provo, Utah.

Novela Roach

Administrative Executive Assistant & Medical Assistant

Ms. Roach has over six years of experience in the Healthcare Industry. Her area of expertise is in health care administration and medical assistant. She prides herself on ensuring that administrative and clinical processes are efficient, and that staff and providers receive the supportive resources needed. She attended Monroe College in New York where she obtained her Associate Degree as a Medical Assistant and later obtained her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration. Ms. Roach is also motivated to learn and to support her clinical staff that she attended 1st Phlebotomy Training Program and became a certified Phlebotomist Technician. Her goal is to provide the best quality care to patients using a personalized approach and to support YWS team effectively.
