Your Wellness Sources (YWS) recognize that not all fee for service balances are due to a patient’s unwillingness to pay, as there is often some inability. This practice serves all patients regardless of their ability to pay. Even if you do not meet federal poverty guidelines or qualify for YWS Sliding Feel Program we may be able to help if you can demonstrate financial hardship.

How are the tiers determined?
