Our Survivorship Wellness clinic is designed for individuals who have been diagnosed with breast cancer with advanced stage breast cancer (Stage 3, Stage 4), Triple-negative breast cancer, and are no longer actively receiving treatment from their cancer team.

We are here to ensure that breast cancer survivors are healthy, symptoms are managed timely, and if there are signs of recurrence, we can immediately get them re-connected with their cancer treatment team. Our caring, multidisciplinary team is made up of experts in breast health, internal medicine, nutrition, GYN, oncology, psychiatry, addiction, and screening, including internal medicine and breast imaging, genetics, oncology, and surgery. They work with you to develop a customized risk-management treatment plan. It takes a team to help get a Breast Cancer Survivor to a place of wellness to live their best life.
