About Novela Roach

Ms. Roach has over six years of experience in the Healthcare Industry. Her area of expertise is in health care administration and medical assistant. She prides herself on ensuring that administrative and clinical processes are efficient, and that staff and providers receive the supportive resources needed. She attended Monroe College in New York where she obtained her Associate Degree as a Medical Assistant and later obtained her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration. Ms. Roach is also motivated to learn and to support her clinical staff that she attended 1st Phlebotomy Training Program and became a certified Phlebotomist Technician. Her goal is to provide the best quality care to patients using a personalized approach and to support YWS team effectively.
